Nottingham Ale Trail Terms And Conditions

Participants will receive a free pin badge for each completed trail, and a commemorative T shirt if all 6 trails are completed.

  1. Trails are to be completed by purchasing a half or a pint of a cask ale at each pub on the trail in exchange for a unique sticker from each venue. The stickers are to be added to either a Nottingham Ale Trail map or trail card.
  2. Maps and trail cards can only be accepted with the correct stickers collected for that particular trail.
  3. You will be allowed to keep your map or card, however it can only be used once to redeem each pin badge.
  4. Prizes can only be redeemed with completed maps or trail cards.
  5. Purchases must be made between the 19th April and the 19th May 2019 to be eligible for the prizes.
  6. Prizes can be redeemed from the Nottingham Tourism Centre between the 19th April and the 25th May. Nottingham Tourism Centre opening hours can be found here.
  7. Late, illegible, incomplete or defaced maps or cards will not be accepted.
  8. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent.
  9. Nottingham BID accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
  10. Nottingham Ale Trail participation is open to over 18 year olds only. Photo ID may be required to show proof of age.
  11. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
  12. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  13. In order to receive the prize you will be asked to provide your home postcode - this data will be used solely in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes.
  14. Participation into the Nottingham Ale Trails is done at the participants own risk and Nottingham BID accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury costs expenses or claims suffered by entrants whilst taking part.
  15. Anyone who participates in the Nottingham Ale Trails will be deemed to have understood these rules and terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
  16. Nottingham BID (the organisation behind It’s in Nottingham) is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected to this competition.
